It's very comprehensive inventory and forecasting app, which can be very confusing! Their support team is excellent. They take the time to help you understand, whether through webinars, chats or one on one calls. Highly recommend!
Thank you for your feedback. We're happy to help and so glad to see your store growing!
The layout is very user-friendly, the support team is surprisingly prompt and helpful, and the features are next-level. This is more efficient and navigable than Stocky, and at the same time more flexible and detailed. A superior product.
Thank you for the great feedback! Glad to hear we're able to help!
This app is FLAWLESS for Inventory Buying and Stock Management. So many powerful tools in here that drives stock efficiency and reduce admin headaches. Fully featured, has excellent support, customizable, and is an indispensible growth tool.

Thank you again,

We run a large gift shop with over 32,000 SKUs. This program is awesome and expedites our re-ordering process which we run daily. The team of developers are responsive and have added functionality to further make our operation even more efficient.
We're so glad to hear Inventory Planner helps with your re-ordering! Thank you for your great feedback!
Inventory Planner has been a tremendous addition for us! Their team is quick to respond and has been helpful in our onboarding process. As well, we've had a few custom features built for our team which has been greatly appreciated.
Highly Recommend!

This is the best inventory planning/management app I have ever used! It impresses me more and more every day. Their customer support is probably the best of any Shopify app i've used. (Jill is amazing)
Keep doing what you're doing Inventory Planner!
Fantastic! Thanks for your feedback - it's a pleasure to work with you!
This app is a total game-changer for us. And this is really the only choice as in this case you can pull in data from multiple sales sites and platforms so amazing for the omnichannel brands. Do not hesitate to implement this. Outstanding - El Parche Coffee
Thanks for your feedback. We love to hear that Inventory Planner helps to see all of your data in one place!
Very buggy, overly complicated. Data was not reliable. And support team was totally unhelpful. I've also also hear sketchy sales practices on raising prices drastically once you are on. (As they know it's hard to stop using it once you have migrated all orders, data, etc.)
Hi there,
Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues with Inventory Planner.
Looking back at our interactions, we last heard from you in August last year at which time our team gave you some forecasting advice which you asked for, but it seems there are other areas we can help you with.
Please get in touch with some specifics and we can get you on the right path.
Thank you,

This App has been great for us to better manage how we order inventory. Jill has been extremely helpful onboarding us and still helps us with any questions we have 1yr later! Claire also made us a custom solution that we really needed. Great team and great app. Highly recommended.
Our inventory is complicated to say the least. We have both evergreen and fashion inventory, spread across 9 band sizes and 10 cup sizes, all of which have matching bottoms, in four sizes, you get where I'm going with this...
This app is an indispensable part how we run our business
