Since we work with and ship frozen products, our packing and shipping process requires a high level of efficiency. Ipacky is an easy to use order management software that we rely on to map the entire process from picking the goods to printing the packing slips and shipment labels. Ipacky integrates seamlessly with other software solutions such as Printnode or Sendcloud, making it the perfect 360-degree solution for our order management. The different settings make it very customizable and individual.
What I have to put a special focus on is that David and his team go above and beyond to understand our processes and find solutions with Ipacky that exactly meet our requirements. The communication is fast and easy, just excellent. Thank you very much!

Diese App erfüllt all die Kriterien die eine Fullfillment App haben sollte. Es ist unser Add-on für Sendcloud und ist einfach soo praktisch. Wir versenden seit ipacky fehlerfrei. Auch bei hohen Massen gibt es keine Fehler in den Paketen. Alles wird eingescannt und man kann von verschiedenen Packstation -zeitgleich- arbeiten. Der Custom Service David ist TOP und sofort erreichbar.

We're a fan of iPacky. It is easy to use, integrates perfectly with our Shopify store and allows us to track inventory for all our products and expedites order packing, labeling and invoicing. We use iPacky with a scanner which helps insure accurate bin placement and order accuracy.

We moved from 3PL to inhouse fulfilment after 7 years and needed an app to help the team with bin locations.
IPacky has been perfect for this. It's also helped us with pick lists, stock check etc and the support is always incredibly quick and helpful.

Absolutely perfect. We have a lot of custom bundles in our store, and the custom meta field tool allows our shipping team to pack those without issue.
