I had a few issues with some orders due to a few mistakes I made on my end. Fortunately, I contacted customer service through chat and Iris helped me correct the issues I had in a timely and professional matter. She did a great job!

Great app with so many useful features. It is highly customisable and works well for what we needed. Live chat support is highly helpful.

The support from Avada is top-notch. I was having some trouble with the app's interface and testing, but Phoebe and her team stepped in and fixed everything in no time.
