Excellent service, quick and efficient. Highly recommend.
Until now we used a different Service to manage subscriptions. Unfortunately they discontinued their app. At first I was afraid that i have to do a painful setup process allover again.
But I was surprised how easy, fast and intuitive this app is. Took me no longer than 5 minutes to setup the first Subscription, add it to the product-pages and test it.
I am especially happy with the support I received from Audrey! She translated everything to German in a couple of minutes and set it all up for me. I just had to double-check the translation and that was it!
This is absolutely the best subscription app! Not only is it completely free and incredibly easy to use, but it also offers everything you'd need for your subscription setup. The features are intuitive, and the integration into our Shopify store was seamless.
What truly stands out, though, is the amazing customer support! A special shoutout to Alyssa and Damian – they were absolutely fantastic. Whether it was answering our questions promptly, providing professional advice, or helping us customize a widget, they always went above and beyond. Their kindness, professionalism, and responsiveness were truly impressive!
We highly recommend this app – it’s a fantastic solution for subscriptions and a real asset to any store. Huge thanks to the entire team for their outstanding work!
