I’ve been using this app for subscriptions and it’s been incredibly user-friendly—I was able to set everything up on my own with no hassle.
I did reach out to support with a question about bundles, and Olivia was amazing. She explained everything clearly, provided written guidance, and even included screenshots to walk me through it.

Dealt with "Hena from solar," who has absolutely no technical knowledge. Instead of fixing my actual problem, she just kept asking the same stupid questions over and over again. Completely useless and frustrating experience. Avoid.

Excellent subscription app! Seriously. Not only is it easy to use, but the widget design, customizable plan options, and low cost make this one of the best subscription apps I've tried. Not to mention, the customer service/support team are phenomenal!!!! Very quick response time, very helpful with all issues or questions that may pop up, and extremely polite. I've spoken with Avery who has been great with helping me troubleshoot my issues, or add new features that weren't initially an option within the app. 10/10 recommend Joy subscriptions.
