Joy Subscription App

So far I have very few complaints about this app, especially compared to the Shopify Subscriptions app. Currently there are a couple key features that I need for the service I use subscription apps for, mainly the ability for customers to choose their first billing date, and then the ability for customers to reschedule ALL future orders, and not just the next order for a subscription. The support team has told me they will be implementing those features sometime in the future, with a pretty quick response time to boot. Once these features are implemented, my 4 star will be changed to a 5 star.

I had another issue as well that was caused by a weird interaction with another app, I reported it and they pretty quickly fixed that issue as well.

The Joy Subscription App is exceptionally user-friendly, making it seamless to set up subscription functionality for our online store in no time. The interface is intuitive, and the features cover everything we need for managing subscriptions.

Hana provided prompt, professional, and detailed technical support, helping us customize the appearance to perfectly match our brand style. The whole experience exceeded our expectations. We are extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Joy to anyone looking for a reliable subscription solution!

I've found setting up my subscriptions on Joy very straight forward and the support I received from Abby & Anivia (technician) was great, they were helpful, quick and talked me through the changes required. Unfortunately my current payment gateway isn't compatible with Joy at the moment so I am going to look at other payment gateway options in the hope I can use Joy on my shop soon.

I downloaded the app and had issues because of the theme I had in my store. I reached out to the online 24/7 customer service and received help right away. Alyssa was the best! I granted her the access she needed and she came back saying they had to do it a little differently, but all was working. It looked like it should. I asked some follow-up questions as to pausing & cancellations and received the info I needed. She even sent visuals! I am so happy I picked this app for my subscription box. Alyssa is quick & knowledgeable. Wonderful experience all around.

This is absolutely the best subscription app! Not only is it completely free and incredibly easy to use, but it also offers everything you'd need for your subscription setup. The features are intuitive, and the integration into our Shopify store was seamless.

I just downloaded this app to my store to set up a recurring subscription product and it's good! It's free, built for Shopify, and user-friendly/intuitive. The customer service is great and Sonny was super helpful and polite.

There is some room for improvement: adding conditional logic for cancellation and pause rules would be nice. I would also love it if we could edit the verbiage ourselves and write custom policies without having to reach out to support. That being said, the support team is super helpful and responsive, so it's okay how it is for now.
