We were brand new to setting up a loyalty app, Hana walked us through exactly how to set up and configure for our pet business. We're going to be using this to take our business from mostly one-off transactions at live events to our goal of building long-term customers!

The customer service is great. The app is close to being really great but i still run into a few issues here and there. I mostly accomplishes what i need.

This is a very good membership app.
All others are very similar, but this app is very different and much better than others.
Besides, the online support is also very effective, and nice.
