Really enjoying the app so far. Setup have been very intuitive and customization is very simple.
When we have had trouble getting setup, support from Hana and Liz has been very prompt and helpful :)

I had a few issues setting up the Joy Rewards app and initially spoke to a couple of team members. However, it was Sonny who truly stood out. He was incredibly responsive, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly understand and resolve my issue. While others tried to help, only Sonny stayed on until everything was properly sorted. Amazing support - building a loyalty program can feel overwhelming.. and so to have a responsive, friendly support team along the way makes a huge difference.
It is an excellent app, it has many configuration options, it is very easy to configure and offers settings that other apps do not have. The customer service is very friendly and fast.
