Hana helped me with all my questions in terms of which plan provides the features I were looking for such as tier memberships with different multiplier earn and redemption rates. Definitely a good app and great customer service.
Amazing customer service the team are always there to help with any issues and requests which made the set up and installation quicker and smoother! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a loyalty app as the team at Joy go above and beyond to make sure you are happy with everything, Hana, Jasmine, Sonny, Doris, Nicole you are all stars!
