Joy Loyalty Program Rewards

Fast response when I had a question. So far I like the app. Still have some learning to do, but I think it will be perfect for my business needs!!

Abby was very helpful and quick to respond ..

Just moved from Smile, this app is perfect, the support has been 5*

Easy to use. Easy to set up and Competitive Pricing. POS App is fast

I received real-time and fast assistance. Operator Hana helped me set up and troubleshoot the app. 5 star service. Advised.

I just faced some technical issues recently. So, I contacted support and Wendy is the one who helped me a lot. And now everything is set.

Fantastic customer service. I would give 5 stars, but there are a few little functional things I would love to have that are not quite there yet.

Excellent support by Hana ... We recently migrated to this Joy app and they have helped us in setting and migrating the points .. Great team and also very reasonable cost

L'app, anche in versione Free, è fantastica e funziona perfettamente. Liz dello Staff Tecnico è stata davvero professionale e gentile nell'aiutarmi in alcuni configurazioni post-installazione. Consigliatissimo. SUPER!!!

Recently installed and had a few questions and needed my widget size adjusted, Esther and Anivia on the instant chat were such a big help and responded promptly. I love the setup and the cost compared to other loyalty apps.
