Joy Loyalty Program Rewards

I've been using the app for most of this year and it is always reliable, easy to use and brings "Joy" to my customers. Today I experienced a technical issue for the first time (self-inflicted) and I received help immediately when using the live chat feature. Abby from Avada assessed the situation and within moments both resolved the issue and showed me how she resolved it so that I can do it if I run into the same issue again in future. Very impressed with the app and the amazing support!

The Joy app has been great for implementing my customer rewards program. I was looking for something that was simple and quick to set up with minimal upkeep to run it. Since I sell products through my website as well as my storefront, I needed something that would work with my POS system. I tried a few other apps and Joy has been the one that has best fit my needs. The customer support is great as well. They are prompt and very helpful. I recently had a question and Hana was very knowledgeable and was able to help me troubleshoot quickly. I highly recommend the Joy app.

I have been previously using a reward app called Smile. It was perfect for my store but they have set a limit on monthly orders and increased the pricing so they lost a customer. I tried finding the most similar app and came across Joy Loyalty. It had all the features I needed for a cheaper monthly plan, all with UNLIMITED ORDERS! The only issue I had was importing all of my customers points onto Joy, it could have gone smoother but their Live Chat Support was very helpful. It is working great on my POS, as well as on my website. Shoutout to their support team and Esther for getting me set up and appreciate the quick live support!

I've been testing so many Loyalty & Rewards apps I was about to give up until I came across Joy. The installation and set up were fairly easy but I had trouble with the integration with another app and I could not figure out how to get the floating button to appear and work properly. Thankfully, at 11 pm on a Sunday evening, Hana came to my rescue! She was so amazing and patient with me. She worked diligently, sending me screenshots and instructions on what I needed to do on my end so she could work her magic on her end. I can't thank her enough. In a minimal amount of time, she got everything fixed and working properly. If for no other reason than the customer service I received from Hana, I'll be using this app for quite a while! Thank you Hana, you truly are a lifesaver! xoxo

We decided on Joy Rewards after browsing through hundreds of rewards programs. It's dashboard and analytics are fantastic, and the technical support team will stop at nothing to get you up and running as quickly as possible. What we love most is that there is one tier after free which remains affordable allowing you to scale easily. Really awesome app and a special shoutout to Sunny for your amazing customer service!

J ai demandé de l aide à 3 reprises et des modifications à 5 reprises, via le service tchat, et Lydia et Gideon ont été des amours...Le travail à été fait de suite suivant mon message, en moins de 30 min tout ma configuration à été faite, comme je le voulais..

I am reducing my original rating to 2 stars after testing the app for 3 days. When I first downloaded the app, everything worked fine and their customer support was highly responsive, still is (that is why they get an extra star). I spent a lot of time exploring the app, chatting with their support and emailing my customers about it. The problems began the next day after I went back into the app to adjust my reward points for certain actions for customers. First off, pro features are clearly marked but writing a review was not marked as a pro feature. The app would not allow me to edit points for writing a review (a free feature) so I reached out to support again. I allowed them access to my store upon their request to fix the issue only to be told I had to upgrade for the feature to work. This raised all kinds of alarms and made me question my intentions to upgrade. To me, it was a seemingly small issue that could have been quickly fixed but they could not do anything about it until I upgraded. Now, if I upgrade and run into new issues, what would be the solution then? I get that they prefer users upgrade to the paid version to get a return on their app but I believe that if the app exceeds or simply meets expectations, then they won't need to be too pushy with the upsell since users will realize its value. The app has potential and their customer support is very good but unfortunately, this is where I uninstall.

I just installed the app and was having trouble with it not showing up on my website. The customer service was prompt and efficient. Juliana quickly fixed the problem for me and verified my account as well. I am testing out the app now to see how it holds up but so far so good. I am very impressed.

This truly is a fantastic program, and I need every feature it offers. The most important thing is, the customer service is really amazing, especially Kevin, who patiently solved my problems and helped me greatly. Even the most complex issues were addressed. I highly recommend this program!

This is a great app with many features that make operating a rewards program pretty simple. Support is very fast and helpful. The only things I would want to see added are the ability to reward points for customers posting received purchases on their social media with a hashtag, more options for setting the earn period, currently it's life time or 6 months, I'd want more options such as at least 12 months, and more options for referral such as option to award points instead of just store credit or discount coupon and that would make it 5 stars for me. Otherwise, everything works well and seamless, the pricing is right where it should be, the other apps charge way too much, so this app is great.
