App seems to work well and has lots of customization - possibly too much as it makes launching a bit more complex. The customer support has been excellent to work with though and I would recommend the app.
Thanks for the honest feedback! We know Joy's flexibility can mean more choices to make during setup, and we're always looking for ways to simplify the initial launch experience without cutting the customization that lets merchants build the program that fits them.
Really glad our support team could help smooth that out for you. If anything is still unclear as you keep customizing, our live chat team is always here to walk through it with you.
这个应用非常好用，有中文，日文等多个语言操作菜单。 费用又便宜 。技术服务团队也非常负责，有什么不明白的，都能及时回复。请大家多多尝试
After trying a few other loyalty apps, I’m glad I switched to Joy. It offers all the essential features needed to run a professional rewards program without being overly complicated or expensive. The dashboard is intuitive, and I didn't need any coding knowledge to get it customized to match my brand's look. It works perfectly and doesn't slow down my site at all. Great app!

We use Joy and it has been great! Support has also been very helpful when needed. Lots of options for rewards for customers as well. Recommend! Also special thanks to Joyce, Jade, Alyssa, and Rosie on the team!
We just switched to Joy Loyalty and so far it's been great! The price for what you get is exceptional. Some things on setup can be a bit confusing, but the customer service team has been very helpful. So far, I'd highly recommend.
Welcome aboard, and thank you for the kind words! We're glad Joy Loyalty is delivering great value for the price, and that our support team was able to help clear up the confusing parts of setup.

Es fácil de configurar, pero especialmente el apoyo de soporte para configurar de manera personalizada la aplicación en la tienda fue rápido y amable
This is a really great app and customer service is wonderful, fast and effective.
