App works as good as any other loyalty program but at a fraction of the cost. Emily was very helpful in setting up the App to use with existing customer data so that all my customers were able to keep their points they've earned over the years.

This loyalty program is simple and easy to install. Still, I have to contact their customer service team via chat from time to time and they respond immediately and are helpful. My recent concern was about the timing to start and wanted to delete previous records of the points and Hana helped to delete the history and set up the rewards on the site. So finally enabled and up and running!

While searching for a new loyalty program i found Joy. Joy offers a lot of great options, previous costumer data is easy to upload and they offer a referral program in their free package and changing from my old program to joy even made my site faster! While setting up the program i bumped into some minor problems (coused by me not understanding what the app supposed to do haha) but i got great and fast help in the chat with Prakash (at almost midnight for me, amazing!) soving everything in no-time!

Joy Support was very patient and helpful with me as I navigated setting up my rewards program. I had a busy day where I was in and out of the chat room, but after a few hours, I got it all set up and we're excited to offer our customers this new feature and to help our business while doing it! I appreciated their help so much. I would definitely recommend Joy.

This is a very very bad experience for me with the app. Reasons for 1-star review:

- The app still has some UI bugs (even in the demo store). And the open with hash URL did not work when put it in the store navigation (I had to reload the page to get the widget opened).
- I granted permission for their developer to fix the bugs. And this is when things got really bad. First, they turned on "Auto open the widget" without my approval. The referral pop-up also automatically appeared with a bug that stopped customers from exit the annoying pop-up.
- And yesterday, they edited the header.liquid file in my theme. The edit made customers unable to click "Add to cart". This damaged my business. I cannot take it anymore.

The support is responsive. But their tech support needs improving.

As our sales come mostly from our brick-and-mortar store, the POS integration is very important for us. It does, and that way we can bring together our online and pos business.

Help on setup has been great, Emily was patient, quick and spot-on with the service. Thanks Emily!

We just switched over to Joy from a different loyalty program. It was a pretty painless switch overall, we were easily able to import the points from the old system into the new one. I had a few issue getting the rewards to show up on the POS (which turned out to be me just being oblivious and nothing wrong with the app), but I clicked on support and typed in my issue, within minutes Hana was able to point me in the right direction and we are fully up and running now! Highly reccomend this app for ease of use and excellent support.

Very useful features for a manageable monthly price. Customer support is incredibly fast. Emily helped me get everything setup properly and took the time to walk me through what I needed. Major upgrade from our previous app.

I moved to joy from another loyalty app provider and we love the design and layout of joy! we had a small problem with how the app displayed on mobile devices so I messaged tech support and they had their design team customise the widget to suit out store. thank you sooo much! special thanks to Jasmine & Anivia :)
