I recently installed the Joy Loyalty app for my shop and ran into a small glitch. I contacted customer service, and Abby and the team resolved it incredibly quickly! Amazing customer service and a very easy app to work with. Highly recommended!

Hana was very patient as we went thru with different test case scenarios of the apps behaviour. She was providing me all answers to various combinations and possiblites which I hadnt thought about especially notifcations. I was given an elaborate step by step test cases for multiple scenarios. I would say, he patience is her key to providing this awesome support. Great work both Hana and Avada
