Jade, Alicia, Cody, and Sonny were super helpful in getting our new theme's Loyalty Point page all set-up! I was having trouble with being able to add the blocks and she quickly got them in there and was very kind. Love this app.
Follow-up: I needed help again, shocker! lol! Alicia was so kind and quick with providing some custom coding to make the widget work on my page by their team. Thank you so much and saved me a headache!

Joy is one of the best loyalty program available. In fact, we've been using a few apps by Avada because of their easy-to-use app. Love the assistance by their customer service especially Hana, she guide me well with my enquiry
It is very good, the set up is seemless. The customer support is also easy to contact, especially Hana from the support helped us a lot with some issues we were facing. She was very friendly and considerate and solved the issue in minutes!
