Molto apprezzabile che sia disponibile anche in Italiano e possa essere utilizzata sia per il webstore sia su Shopify POS.

Joy is an excellent app that allows you to build customer loyalty through various programs, very easy to use and user-friendly. Furthermore, the customer service provided by Audrey was wonderful and prompt, she was able to fulfill all my requests with precision in a very short time!
Plus: I wrote to her a few weeks ago and she still remembered my needs, fantastic!

App molto carina e di facile utilizzo. Creare una raccolta punti aiuta a fidelizzare il cliente ed a stimolare a tornare ad acquistare.
Il servizio clienti è molto gentile e risponde in tempi velocissimi, inoltre da ottimi consigli per migliorare l'interfaccia e rendere il tutto più piacevole.

The app has a lot of functionality and is a little intimidating but it is also very robust and their support via chat right in the app is probably the best feature. They always answer quickly and helped us get the whole program up and running. Hana provided excellent help at every turn. Highly recommend!

Really solid and good support, had an issue and within 3 minutes Sonny not only solved it but also applied the solution to all present customer accounts. Really impressed about this level of service, recommended.
