La aplicación va genial, pero la atención técnica es aún mejor, a cualquier hora, de manera eficaz y muy rápida siempre solucionan mis dudas y requerimientos de diseño para ajustar sus aplicaciones a mi tienda.

I had a few issues setting up the Joy Rewards app and initially spoke to a couple of team members. However, it was Sonny who truly stood out. He was incredibly responsive, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly understand and resolve my issue. While others tried to help, only Sonny stayed on until everything was properly sorted. Really appreciate the dedication, thank you, Sonny!

Amazing support - building a loyalty program can feel overwhelming.. and so to have a responsive, friendly support team along the way makes a huge difference.
It is an excellent app, it has many configuration options, it is very easy to configure and offers settings that other apps do not have. The customer service is very friendly and fast.
Excellent points app. I installed it in one of our stores. Support helped me with a custom change and has jumped on very quickly whenever I had a question or issue. Very happy with this app. Will be installing on our second store soon.

Very good user experience. I encountered many problems, but the customer service Audrey was always proactive and enthusiastic to help me solve these difficulties. I am very grateful to her.
The app has pretty much all features that are needed for a rewards app. Prices are reasonable and Hana from the support team was very efficient and helpful.
