I was extremely pleased with the service Esther gave. She was quick, competent and very kind. Took us about an hour to figure out several issues with the loyalty program and integrating it with Judge.me reviews and the whole time Esther was very patient with me and gave me an answer to everything! I would 100% recommend this app.

Great app and amazing customer support. I had a couple of things which needed changing and Hana was very helpful and sorted it out in minutes. We're just starting with Joy Loyalty App. Everything works so far very good. we will use it mainly for our POS customers. Special thanks to Liz from the support team, who changed the currency sign within seconds from dollar to euro.
