Judge.me Product Reviews App

We use Judge.me to collect and display customer reviews on our store. We appreciate the photo and video review options, automated review requests, and reward features. Their support team was also helpful in resolving our email verification issue. A useful app with helpful customer support!

I love how easy the app is to add to my website and all the different options I have to display my reviews. I love that there isn't just one type of way to add it to my theme. I have customized it to match my color theme also. Which I love. I'll definitely be using this indefinitely.

Fin understood the issue, explained everything clearly, identified the setting we needed to change, and helped us resolve the underlying problem without disrupting our customer reviews or other important features. We were able to confirm the improvement through Google's Rich Results Test!

This is a great app - really useful - Customer support is really efficient! Tasmin was extremely helpful. Just one comment from people receiving my emails requesting review - they felt 'Judge me' was potentially a negative view.

Love this app! It was easy to add to our store and it sends notifications to our email when we get a review, its very easy to use and so simple but mighty with all it has to offer! Currently using the free version, but truly will upgrade! Great job with this one!

Great app and even better support. A customer’s video review landed on the wrong product, and Abraão from the support chat moved it to the right one within minutes — verified badge and video intact. Review requests, widgets and coupons all work out of the box. Highly recommend.

Sehr zufrieden mit der App. die kostenlosen funktionen reichen für meinen kleinen Shop aus. Meine Kunden bekommen nach einer bestimmten Zeit eine automatische Mail, sie können dann ihre Produkte bewerten. Ich hab auch schon ein paar schöne Fotos bekommen, die auch im Shop bei den Produkten weiter unten angezeigt werden.
