I had 3 customer reviews appear on my website without the Verified Buyer badge. I reached out to Judge.me support and was connected with Marina, who was absolutely amazing in helping me resolve this issue. Marina advised that my website had not been set up to verify web-based reviews and was able to manually verify these orders for me and updated them with the Verified Buyer badge. Overall, Marina was super friendly, provided amazing help and was a pleasure to speak to :)

Easy to use and install. Had some trouble with the set up, but the chat function and support was quick and fixed my issue right away. Also they helped me answer some questions that I had and showed me how to use the app. The app itself is streamlined, customizable, and pretty simple to navigate. It looks great with my website and integrated seamlessly. Would definitely recommend!
