Their AI did a surprisingly good job quickly, but I have to admit the app lacks a bit of useful features :
the customization of email is a bit clumsy and multi language mgt is not easy.
easy to use so far, synced my Etsy reviews and it works well, easy to use.
Thanks Felix for your amazing support!
Pros: reliable service to host your product review needs.
Cons: price tiers
Marina from customer support is absolutely clueless and will make you waste 40 minutes of your time and she wont even care
We're very sorry for the experience you had with our support team. After reviewing the conversation in detail, we agree that we didn't handle your request to adjust the Star Rating Badge as carefully or efficiently as we should have.
You provided clear feedback, but changes were made to your live store without sufficient checks, and you were also left waiting too long while trying to get the issue corrected. We understand why this was frustrating and have reviewed the case internally to help prevent the same experience from happening again.
We've reached out directly to apologize, and proposed handling the remaining adjustments ourselves. We've also offered to test everything on a copy of your theme first and send you a preview before making any changes to your live store.
We hope you'll give us the opportunity to make this right, and we're ready to continue as soon as we hear back from you.
