Judge.me Product Reviews App

A perfect app to drive reviews, very easy to build credibility and trust. The backend is also very intuitive. The most important piece, the customer support, for once I felt it was a BOT for a chat like replies to mail but very specific replies for complex scenarios proved otherwise. Overall, really happy with the app.

I recently upgraded my Judge.me plan and began setting up a coupon incentive for customers who leave a review. While configuring a flat‑value credit, the preview kept displaying a percentage instead of the dollar amount. I reached out to support to confirm whether I had set it up correctly, and they responded quickly, clearly, and were extremely helpful.

At the time, they explained that the preview display issue was a known bug that didn’t affect the actual coupon behavior. Since then, the Judge.me team has followed up with me twice and their developers have already released a fix — resolving the issue completely. I really appreciate the fast turnaround and the fact that they kept me updated throughout the process.

My only suggestion would be to ensure that preview‑related issues like this are addressed sooner or have a temporary workaround, as I spent a considerable amount of time trying to troubleshoot something that wasn’t fixable on my end. Not being able to confirm what customers would see was frustrating.

That said, the app continues to work very well for my needs, and the support team remains terrific — responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to resolving questions promptly. Their follow‑through and willingness to fix the issue quickly speaks volumes.

Judge.me has been an excellent addition to our Shopify store. It's easy to set up, the review widgets look clean and professional, and collecting customer reviews has become effortless. The customization options are great, and the app has helped build trust with our customers and improve conversions. The support team is also quick, knowledgeable, and always ready to help. Highly recommended for any Shopify store looking for a reliable review solution.

Not happy with services so far. I had my first review go out to a customer and the product was wrong. This was for a service base review not a product and I spoke with a support Admin prior to the email review going out. I reached out to a live admin from the error they made. I was on hold before about 15min while he looked into this issue then I received this here:

Judge.me has been great to use. There is so much customizability as well as useful automations, such as automated emails that can be scheduled to requestion reviews.

I recently switched to a new theme, and there was a display issue. Binh was very helpful and fixed it within minutes. Would definitely recommend Judge.me to anyone who wants to find a good review plugin.

Très bonne application, mais le plan gratuit est un peu trop limité. Les options de personnalisation du design sont insuffisantes, surtout pour les boutiques au style minimaliste et premium. J'aimerais avoir davantage de réglages visuels (couleurs, typographie, espacement, style des cartes, etc.) sans devoir passer à la version payante. Found an issue the one of the widgets alt-text. Brian was able to fix the issue within 30 mins late in the evening. It's rare to find this kind of turn around. Glad I move to judge.me.

Great review app with a generous free plan. Support helped us quickly with a widget change, replied within minutes and did everything themselves. Import of external reviews via CSV works well too.
