Excellent support from the Judge.me team.
We wanted to use Shopify Shop as our only review collection platform, with Judge.me purely as the display layer on our website. The team answered our questions, configured the integration, disabled Judge.me review request emails, and helped install the widgets in our Shopify theme.

Crazy easy to install and set up — and immediately effective! Within 30 minutes, I had Judge.me up and running and collected five reviews. Everything is now automated and the process to configure and customize the templates was highly intuitive. Can't recommend Judge.me any more.

The one thing that could be better is the Amazon review import process. It requires a third-party Chrome extension to scrape reviews, and that extension has very poor reviews. Plus, reusing text from Amazon reviews violates their terms and conditions, so it's a risk. Personally, I wouldn't market that as a feature.

We have used Judge.me for almost 5 years now and are very happy with all the features and integrations. Support is very helpful is resolving and theme issues. Highly recommended!

We've found this app to be easy to work with. It integrate smoothly with Shopify and gives multiple options for collecting and displaying reviews. When we recently needed support, the first level Bot, got us a good way there and then, when we hit a snag it was quickly handed off to the human who was quick to respond. I was originally hesitant/suprised to see there wasn't an in-app Chat but the email connection worked just fine.
