Excellent support technique !
J’ai rencontré un problème assez particulier avec l’intégration du widget Judge.me sur mon nouveau thème Shopify. Après plusieurs tentatives de mon côté, le widget refusait toujours de s’afficher correctement.
Kima a été très réactive, agréable et surtout efficace. Elle a pris le temps de comprendre le problème, a demandé un accès collaborateur afin de vérifier directement mon thème et a finalement réussi à débloquer la situation. Le widget fonctionne maintenant parfaitement.
C’est vraiment appréciable d’avoir un support qui va jusqu’au bout du problème au lieu de simplement envoyer une documentation ou des réponses automatiques.

ik had hulp nodig voor een goed werkende review en ik werd perfect geholpen door Daniel maar door de AI bot van Shopify zijn we heen en weer gezonden en helaas nul resultaat , dus geen review zichtbaar omdat de AI bot de verkeerde URL liet koppelen , maar het is wel jammer voor zo'n app als dit dat het zo kan lopen , ik heb en moet een keus nemen of het voor ons een meer waarde heb , maar op deze manier dus net weer niet , dan word je eigenlijk op het verkeerde been gezet om een beslissing te nemen , jammer maar we hebben samen ons best gedaan toch ? we moeten blijkbaar nog even wachten en hopen dat we een juist beslissing kunnen en gaan nemen op andere waarnemingen die hopelijk nog opvolgen. Dank je wel Daniel voor de goed hulp en misschien tot later als er wel weer een review komt om een beslissing te kunnen maken. Mvg
The team is very responsive, friendly and happy to assist in every way. I am thrilled with the support. I was very reluctant to switch review apps because i had acquired several hundred great reviews from my previous app. However, the team was super supportive in calming my anxiety by taking over the switch and helping me to transition to the new app without losing any reviews. if I could put 0 stars, I would do it, I dont know how this app has 5 stars, I swear I tried many review apps for years of experience, and the worst of them is this app, for doing a simple task which takes 1 minute in any other app, it takes 1 day in judge, and asking a lot of questions in AI to find a solution for a simple task, if you dont trust me, try it yourself.

Soulaimane was fast, polite, and very effective. One of our product pages showed an empty review widget even though the product had a published review. He took the time to read our full explanation, investigated the theme, and fixed it within minutes. When his fix caused duplicate widgets on our other product pages, he corrected that quickly as well, and he clearly explained what had caused each problem. Highly recommended.
Works great, I love the settings for censoring certain words. It emails my customers automatically and also won't email them more than twice if I ask it not to. I have collected over 100 reviews in the first month. This is a great value for the cost
Really great app. I am moving from Etsy to Shopify so I'm so glad to be able to have my real Etsy reviews show up on my shopify store to build buyer trust. Customer service within the app is also extremely helpful.
I am very pleased with the customer service I received from Felix. He helped me with a connection issue that I did not even know existed and took the time to make sure everything was working properly.
It’s so nice to have an app that actually has a support team there when you need them. Too often, getting help with an app can mean waiting forever for a response or trying to figure everything out on your own, but that was not my experience with Judge.me. Felix was responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout the process.
What impressed me most was that he didn’t just answer my question—he identified an issue I wasn’t aware of and helped get it resolved. That kind of proactive customer service makes a huge difference, especially when you’re running an online business and rely on your apps and integrations to work correctly.

this is by far the best review app. it has lots of integrations, very good UI, great features, always being updated with more features, and the best of all the customer service is 100%. I always get connected to a human no matter what the time. Thats important to me because when I reach out to CS that means there is some problem that needs to be fixed not tomorrow, not in a few hours - right now. I just wish they continued developing on other platforms so I can use them on all of my websites!
