Judge.me Product Reviews App

It’s been a real pleasure working with the Judge.me app and its support team. We switched after discovering that our previous review app had stopped sending review requests, while still charging us $99 a month. Judge.me is truly the best review app for Shopify stores, and it costs a flat $15 a month, no matter how many requests you send. We use several of its review widgets throughout our store, and they look fantastic. The support team has been amazing with every question we’ve had. Thank you, Abderrahman, Mohamed, Yassine, Martin and everyone else!

The app itself is not terribly difficult to use, but also not intuitive if you are new to this type of thing. However, I just had a fantastic experience with customer service. I imported a bunch of legacy data into shopify and had to figure out how to not have those old orders receive requests for review. The customer service team was extremely helpful and it was not an intuitive fix, so i greatly needed and appreciated their assistance. I was very worried that customers would receive review requests on purchases they'd made four years ago! But thanks to the customer service desk, crisis was averted. I would give customer servcie 5 stars - just 4 for the user-friendliness of the app itself.

Excelente aplicativo para coletar e exibir avaliações de clientes. A plataforma é prática, fácil de configurar e oferece recursos importantes para aumentar a confiança dos consumidores e fortalecer a credibilidade da loja. Uma ótima ferramenta para quem utiliza Shopify.

Das Tool lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen - und das für einen fairen Preis. Wir konnten nach Implementierung schnell einige hundert Bewertungen von älteren Bestellungen einsammeln. Es lässt sich wunderbar auf das eigene Design anpassen und auch die Verknüpfung zu Google Shopping ist ein großes Plus. On top noch ein sehr schneller Support, was will man mehr?

Uso Judge.me per raccogliere e mostrare le recensioni nel mio negozio Shopify. App utile, con la possibilità per i clienti di aggiungere anche fotografie. Ho contattato l’assistenza per una foto che non compariva sul sito e ora è visibile correttamente. Sono soddisfatta dell’app.

Sebastian was patient and clearly explained how the AI summary works, how to remove it without affecting my reviews, and the differences between the paid and free plans. I appreciated his support. My concern remains that the AI service sentiment doesn’t account for merchant replies or how a complaint was resolved.

Een prettige app voor het verzamelen en beheren van klantbeoordelingen. De klantenservice is behulpzaam en denkt mee bij ingewikkelde situaties. Uiteindelijk samen een goede oplossing gevonden.

Application d’avis complète, même avec le forfait gratuit : e-mails de demande d’avis personnalisables, import d’avis et affichage soigné sur les fiches produit. Le support est réactif : Yassine a mis à niveau mon widget d’avis en quelques minutes, sans que j’aie à toucher au code de mon thème. Je recommande.

Judge.me support proved to be exceptionally efficient and hands-on. After granting collaborator access, their team quickly diagnosed a technical conflict between the widget's built-in microdata and the site's centralized JSON-LD schema. They correctly identified the duplicate setting, disabled the conflicting microdata without breaking the visual elements, and resolved the Google Rich Results error seamlessly.
