L'application fonctionne bien. Des fonctionnalités très complètes pour les utilisateurs. Facile à administrer

Seul vrai bémol : Très peu de liberté sur l'édition du html/js que le module intègre aux pages. Titres Hn qui apparaissent, blocs js lourds qui ne plaisent pas vraiment à Google... Il y a des onglets "Avancés" mais qui ne permettent absolument pas de modifier ces éléments.

Oh ! Et l'Agent IA du support est un peu têtu mais il est pétri de bonne intention, laissez lui une chance il finira par comprendre.

Excellent app and amazing customer service. The chat helper answered my question immediately and guided me to set up the app so customers can search product reviews - since installing we get reviews every other day, when we used to get a couple a month - this might be the best app we ever installed! Thank you to Abraão at Judge.me for his patience and assistance while we investigated a reviews carousel issue on our Karoobling homepage. He respected my concerns about granting store access and carried out checks without it, including testing the installation label on his own store. The issue was ultimately resolved by EComposer, but I appreciated his time and willingness to help us narrow things down.

Excellent customer support! Abderrahman was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He quickly identified an old email delivery block that had been causing problems, resolved it, and verified that my other email settings and automated review requests were working correctly. He took the time to investigate everything thoroughly and clearly explained the results. I really appreciate his assistance. Five-star service!

Great app, does exactly what I need for collecting and displaying reviews, with a lot of flexibility in how they're shown. Ran into a small configuration issue and their support (shoutout to Sebastian!) sorted it out super fast and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend!

NB: a true masonry/staggered layout option isn't available yet — would be a great addition.

O agente foi prestável e ajudou-me a instalar o emblema de classificação por estrelas do Judge.me nos cartões de produtos da minha loja Shopify. As estrelas ficam ocultas nos produtos sem avaliações, evitando classificações fictícias e espaços desnecessários. Gostei de poder resolver esta alteração sem ter de editar o código manualmente.

YOU GUYS ARE THE ULTIMATE IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I spent an hour and a half on chat with Abraão, and every minute was worth it. He walked me through the product basics, got my Etsy and Amazon reviews imported, and helped me set up my product pages so they look great.
