Judge.me is easy to navigate and the AI help was amazing and answered my question straight away. It is also nice to know that you have a further support team available if you need them. I'm very happy with this App!!

Started with the AI bot helping but as soon as it realised i needed human help I was put in touch with a human. She was very helpful and resolved my problem very quickly!

Die App ist nicht ganz trivial. Man muss sich erstmal reinfuchsen. Aber bei Fragen bekommt man vom Bot oder auch von echten Support-Mitarbeitern schnell geholfen - sogar am Samstagnachmittag :-) Bin sehr zufrieden.

The best app and best human assistant. They were incredibly patient and helped me from start to finish, even helped me to import reviews from my previous app and was very detailed orientated. Really happy I now have judge.me installed. The widgets are easy to customise and their instructions are clear and easy to follow. One of the best user-experience for any app/tech product!
