Judge.me has been a great review solution for our Shopify store. It’s easy to manage reviews, offers flexible display options, and provides helpful support when needed. The team has been responsive and helpful whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Overall, a reliable and user-friendly app for managing and displaying customer reviews.

An excellent app. Friendly technical support. I had issues updating the plugin; the support agent resolved the problem, and everything is working perfectly. It offers a wealth of useful features, even on the free plan. Highly recommended.

Van in support is great, but the app is very complex and labor-intensive. As a small business, that's exactly the kind of thing to hand off to AI (though we would never use AI for creative tasks), but Judge.me doesn't work with Claude Chrome browser control and the API is read only, so we end up using only about half the functionality we'd like. Not sure how long we can stay with it if they don't update soon.

AI assistant was okay but not great. Thankfully, a real human came in, saw that I was having trouble, and walked me through. I think this is going to be a good thing for my business. I'm excited about getting started. I do wish there were more tutorials and there was better training for newbies.

I cannot express how happy I am with Judge.me. The app is fantastic, but the support team deserves a review of its own. They have gone above and beyond.

I’ve been dealing with issues around verified reviews after previously using Yotpo, and the Judge.me team has put so much effort into helping me work through them. It’s not officially resolved yet, but their communication, follow-up and commitment have already earned these five stars.

After an incredibly frustrating experience with Yotpo, being treated like a valued customer has been a breath of fresh air. The Judge.me team listens, takes the issue seriously and keeps working with me towards a solution. That makes such a difference when you’re running a small business.

If you’re using Yotpo and feeling unsupported, my advice is to switch to Judge.me.
