Sebastian was patient and clearly explained how the AI summary works, how to remove it without affecting my reviews, and the differences between the paid and free plans. I appreciated his support. My concern remains that the AI service sentiment doesn’t account for merchant replies or how a complaint was resolved.

Le support est réactif : Yassine a mis à niveau mon widget d’avis en quelques minutes, sans que j’aie à toucher au code de mon thème. Je recommande.
