Judge.me Product Reviews App

Excellent customer support! Abderrahman was professional, knowledgeable, and very helpful. He quickly identified an old email delivery block that had been causing problems, resolved it, and verified that my other email settings and automated review requests were working correctly. He took the time to investigate everything thoroughly and clearly explained the results. I really appreciate his assistance. Five-star service!

Great app, does exactly what I need for collecting and displaying reviews, with a lot of flexibility in how they're shown. Ran into a small configuration issue and their support (shoutout to Sebastian!) sorted it out super fast and explained everything clearly. Highly recommend!

NB: a true masonry/staggered layout option isn't available yet — would be a great addition.

Sebastian was friendly and patient while helping us investigate our Loox review import. He checked the failed entries and explained why reviews linked to deleted products could not be imported. We appreciate the time he took to clarify the issue. Judge.me also offers excellent value for the review features we need. Thank you for the helpful support!

YOU GUYS ARE THE ULTIMATE IN CUSTOMER SUPPORT! I spent an hour and a half on chat with Abraão, and every minute was worth it. He walked me through the product basics, got my Etsy and Amazon reviews imported, and helped me set up my product pages so they look great. He was patient, knew the product inside and out, and never rushed me. Judge.me is just what my shop needed, and Abraão made getting started easy. Thanks, Abraão!

Judge.me does not fail in the quality of their product. The app has been apart of my website from day one. It's user friendly and they're always implementing new services to improve business. But can we talk about their customer service and tech department. With the recent Cyber Security attack I went into hyper vigilant mode and had tons of questions. My email was addressed immediately by different team members. Each reply addressed concerns about my website's vulnerability with using their app. Then Judge.me went a step further and carefully explained technically how my website is protected and how their integration works with the Shopify platform. Judge.me's type of customer service is what businesses should strive to replicate. Thank you for putting me at ease as we grow together.

Fast, helpful support. One of our customer reviews was saved as a store review instead of a product review. Fin and then Sebastian moved it to the right product within minutes and kept its Verified Buyer status. Easy to set up and works well with our Shopify store. Thanks, Judge.me!

Martin provided excellent technical support with a Google Search Console structured-data issue on my Shopify store. He identified the source of the conflicting review ratings, corrected the problem on an unpublished duplicate of my theme, and carefully preserved my existing customer reviews and website functionality.

He respected my request not to modify my live website without approval, explained the changes, and verified his work before I published the corrected theme.

The live Google Rich Results Test now passes with no critical errors. Professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and respectful of my concerns. Excellent support!
