Sehr zufrieden mit der App. die kostenlosen funktionen reichen für meinen kleinen Shop aus. Meine Kunden bekommen nach einer bestimmten Zeit eine automatische Mail, sie können dann ihre Produkte bewerten. Ich hab auch schon ein paar schöne Fotos bekommen, die auch im Shop bei den Produkten weiter unten angezeigt werden.

Excelente servicio técnico. Tenía un problema con el widget de reseñas, que no aparecía en uno de mis productos, y el equipo de soporte me ayudó a resolverlo rápidamente. Respuesta rápida, amable y eficaz. ¡Muy recomendable!

We moved over from another more expensive tool a few month ago. I'm thrilled with the ease of usage and price point. Setup with done very quickly and support was there to help if we needed it. Would highly recommend for capturing and showcasing reviews on your website.

Amazing support and great value, but one major drawback with the app
Martin provided stellar, professional, and lightning-fast support—he deserves all 5 stars! Judge.me genuinely offers fantastic features for the price. My only critique is their policy requiring 50+ natively collected reviews, which completely excludes imports from past apps like Yotpo. While the app's value is tough to beat, this hurdle is frustrating enough that it has me considering a switch to another provider.

Sehr gute App für Produktbewertungen. Die Einrichtung ging schnell, und das Widget lässt sich einfach auf der Produktseite einbinden und ans Theme anpassen. Der kostenlose Plan bietet schon viel, unter anderem Foto- und Videobewertungen und automatische Bewertungsanfragen per E-Mail. Für den Start ist das ideal.

Judgeme has been really good for us, simple and great customer support. Needed to resolve a star rating issue for product grid and collection pages, customer support completed the job within 15 mins. Kudos!

When I ran into an issue, I contacted customer support through live chat, and they resolved it very quickly. The free version of this plugin is also great. I’ll try it out first and then consider upgrading to the paid version.

It’s been a real pleasure working with the Judge.me app and its support team. We switched after discovering that our previous review app had stopped sending review requests, while still charging us $99 a month. Judge.me is truly the best review app for Shopify stores, and it costs a flat $15 a month, no matter how many requests you send. We use several of its review widgets throughout our store, and they look fantastic. The support team has been amazing with every question we’ve had. The app itself is not terribly difficult to use, but also not intuitive if you are new to this type of thing. However, I just had a fantastic experience with customer service. I imported a bunch of legacy data into shopify and had to figure out how to not have those old orders receive requests for review. The customer service team was extremely helpful and it was not an intuitive fix, so i greatly needed and appreciated their assistance. I was very worried that customers would receive review requests on purchases they'd made four years ago! But thanks to the customer service desk, crisis was averted. I would give customer servcie 5 stars - just 4 for the user-friendliness of the app itself.

Das Tool lässt eigentlich keine Wünsche offen - und das für einen fairen Preis. Wir konnten nach Implementierung schnell einige hundert Bewertungen von älteren Bestellungen einsammeln. Es lässt sich wunderbar auf das eigene Design anpassen und auch die Verknüpfung zu Google Shopping ist ein großes Plus. On top noch ein sehr schneller Support, was will man mehr?
