Super easy setup, really fair pricing, great support, and all the features we need. What more can you ask for? I really appreciate the deep integration with Postscript and Klaviyo - that's something that other apps don't really offer. It's also well designed (both the admin and customer facing side) and intuitive. Really happy we decided to make the switch!
Easy to get set up, team is super helpful and responsive to questions. We refuse to pay for Yotpo and were previously using Reviews.io, which was fine but somewhat fragile. With Junip now being a Google-sanctioned aggregator, this made switching and trying something new an easy choice. Hope they continue to innovate and add better features to their strong base.
Great communication whenever we have a query regarding Junip and easy to install and customise. Seems to be collecting reviews well and functioning perfectly.
The team were great at getting our old reviews imported from TrustPilot and Junip is 10 times better.
Looks like they are constantly looking to add to and expand on functionality too which is always great to see!
The Junip team was incredibly helpful and responsive and were totally there for me whenever I had any questions during setup. I like how customizable it is and how it integrates with Klaviyo. Reviews are super important, and we are hoping this will help out our customers by hearing from others experiences with our products. Excited to run my first campaign today! Thanks Junip!
Junip is a fantastic review app and the team behind it is just making it better and better. They are great at communication and have always answered my questions. It was easy to implement, even on my headless shopify store (rainierwatch.com), because they provided html snippets. The only thing lacking I've found is the ability to edit reviews. But hopefully thats coming sometime soon.
We're using this to boost our UGC collection, as well as improve our review-collection flows. Integrates fantastically with Klaviyo (some super helpful guides on their site) and looks great. Stuart has been super helpful with answering questions, and stoked to see how it boosts our business. Well designed UI and features (including having products share reviews, which is amazing for the kits we sell)
We were previously on a larger, more expensive, Reviews & ratings platform and since the migration to Junip, I have nothing but great feedback! The team was responsive, attentive and was there every step of the way through onboarding and implementation. Their UI is great and their mobile responsive modal is a significant improvement to what we had previously. Great all around, would highly recommend!
Junip is EASILY the best option for collecting reviews on Shopify. It's largely the value they offer for their price, while giving a large chunk of the features I need. Integrations with Klaviyo, Google Ads, easy to use interface, great user experience -- all reason I love this software. The support team and owner are very smart and helpful. It is confusing how much competitors charge and how little you get.
The best customer service I have ever received from a review capture company. Marcus has been nothing but OUTSTANDING. He was even replying to me at 2 am making sure my review capture integration with Klavio and Attentive were active, he even went the extra mile and set them up for me. Very responsive, very caring, and very professional with the way they put your best interest first in the on boarding process. Thank you Marcus and Junip!
So far so good, transitioned from stamped, due to pricing and interface. Happy with the move so far. The interface is much more responsive and easy to use. Grouping product reviews actually WORKS unlike stamped.
Wish they had more display widgets so I could recreate some of the stuff I had with stamped, like email footer widget, just a widget on the homepage that shows total reviews and aggregate rating. I recreated it but had to do some hacky CSS and JS.
