Junip Product Reviews App & AI

We love Junip! It is very user-friendly on both our and the customers' end. We are also very happy with the support we receive from their team. Customers have become very interactive and that's what we really wanted out of the app!

We use this app daily. Never an issue. Support at set up was great. Customers have never told us of any issue when doing a review. Very impressive, to be honest. Congrats to the Junip team on creating a well-designed easy to use the app.

Switched to Junip from another provider. Junip was awesome about onboarding us, it's super intuitive. They went beyond the mark to make a few customizations for us. Plus the pricing is very affordable relative to other options. Would recommend!

Best review app out there. Super thoughtful design of both the UI, and features. Junip just gets it. I have tried "them all," when it comes to review & UGC apps. If you have or work with a DTC brand, I highly recommend you switch to/start with Junip.

On-boarding has been great. Going live today. Solid interactions with the team so far and I have corresponded with them considerably on styling and the Klaviyo integration. So far a much better experience than I've had with several other providers in the space.
