Junip Product Reviews App & AI

Junip has been a great alternative to YotPo reviews! Malvina was so helpful during the setup and even gave great tips and recommendations along the way. Onboarding and implementation was super easy! I would definitely recommend this app to anyone that is looking for a good app for reviews. A very cool feature is the group reviews which allows you to add single product reviews to your bundles if you offer bundles and don’t have reviews for the bundles themselves.

*Edit* Junip listens when you have concerns. This was changed, and now customers don't need to confirm that they want to leave their reviews. We now have the option to change that in our admin settings.

I would recommend, but I do not like that a customer has a 2 step process to leave a review. I do not believe they should have to go back to their email to confirm that they want to leave a review - otherwise, the review will not display on your website. Problems exist like them not being notified by their email provider, not wanting to think about it after submitting, or simply not receiving the email fast enough (most likely due to strength of internet). It limits the amount of reviews that you can have. If it's to possibly weed out illegitimate reviews, I'm sure there's another fix for that.

We've been looking for a free robust review integration that was simple to use. After trying many others, Junip is by far the best for small businesses with limited budgets. We've already started to see more customer engagement since setting up so we are very pleased and hope to be able to become big enough to require a paid account.

Exactly what you want in a review app. Simple, affordable, great features (w/o it being overloaded), and a clean design. They also have fantastic support (shoutout to Stuart). I've used a couple different apps in the past and highly recommend Junip!

We love Junip. Great customer support, friendly staff. They hold your hand throughout the entire process and make set up so easy. It is a full service app that is very user friendly. Highly recommend. Increases conversion better than most other Apps that we have tried. It is a great way for customers to provide feedback and allow us to ensure a great customer experience.

Easy to use and reasonably priced. Strikes the right balance of being simple enough yet having all the necessary features. Great support from Leah when we had an importing issue.

La aplicación está bien diseñada y es sencilla de configurar pero noto a faltar cosas. La primera es que no hay opción de cambiar las plantillas preconfiguradas a otro idioma que no sea el inglés. Esto hace que mis clientes que son hispanoparlantes reciban solicitudes por ejemplo de reseñas de productos con textos en Inglés.
Actualización 16/07/2025 : Por fin han añadido plantillas en Español, 5 estrellas merecidas, ahora si.

Having worked in the Shopify ecosystem over the last decade as an e-com marketer, I find Junip to be the best reviews app on the market. It gets the job done, has lots of great and relevant features, and their onboarding team is second to none.

We sell dietary supplements. Our rep at Junip has been awesome. They are working on a syndication option to show review we collect on our site, on larger retail sites that we work with. I'm convinced that that has been part of our increased sales on those sites. Thanks guys, keep up the innovations.

Can't fault this app. Reviews are really important for our brand, and Junip makes it very easy to gather them. It's a very mobile first format - which makes it super simple for our customers, and has definitely increased our review rate. Really happy with it, and most importantly it's a fantastic platform for our customers to showcase their thoughts and feelings. 5 stars all round!
