Junip Product Reviews App & AI

It has been great using Junip for reviews. I was able to export prior reviews we had without issue, as well as get new reviews from customers. I had to use some CSS to change a background color to match our store but Leah was so incredibly helpful in doing that. They have excellent customer service and are a great product overall. I love the clean look, it totally matches our branding. And makes life easier for me! I'd definitely recommend them.

Easy and intuitive to use, results from the feedback are helping us make better business decisions.

We recently moved over to Junip. As someone on a very small team and not really knowing what I was doing, the entire Junip team has helped from the very start ( Marcus )to a few months in ( Leah )they are there quickly to help you figure out, well the things you may stumble along the way sometimes! Highly recommend switching for great service as well as saving money!

Great experience using the app. Previously using Stamped.io and thinking about making the switch for another Shopify store.

Junip has been such a great app for collecting and displaying customer reviews on my Shopify store. It’s easy to use, beautifully designed, and helps build trust with my customers.

But what really stands out is the customer service- especially from Marcus. He’s gone above and beyond, offering detailed feedback and suggestions to help improve my website beyond just the app setup. That kind of genuine support is rare and so appreciated.

If you’re looking for a review app that not only works perfectly but also comes with exceptional support, I can’t recommend Junip enough!

I'm liking Junip more and more. Been using over a year, no issues and the updates have been helpful. It's like having an assistant. The emails sent to customer that purchased from my store are always sent in a timely fashion, which I love the fact its hands off and dine for me. Junip is definitely worth it.

After years with Okendo, moving to Junip Reviews was the best decision our team made this quarter. The cost savings were immediate and substantial, allowing us to redirect our budget to other priorities while actually getting more features.

Setup took just one afternoon instead of the week we expected. Their intuitive dashboard made customizing review displays to match our brand effortless, and their automated email sequences boosted our review collection by 32% in the first month.

What impressed me most was how quickly our support team adapted—zero complaints about the transition and several comments about how much easier their workflow became.

If you're hesitating about switching review platforms, don't. The migration was painless, the support team is responsive, and the ROI speaks for itself. Junip delivers everything we needed at a fraction of what we were paying.

great app, within 10 week we have gotten 12 reviews already. testimonials are key to consumer trust in a product.

We've had a great onboarding experience with Junip! Leah has been extremely responsive and helpful, including redoing our imports a couple of times due to technical issues from our previous partner. Highly recommend - one of the easier tech transitions I've done in my career.

Junip is really user friendly and syncs to our shopify seamelessly. We've been happy with this app so far and our customers find it really easy to leave a review. We've run into a few technical issues and Leah has been so helpful and responds promptly and was able to fix our issue in a very timely manner.
