I love how easy it is to use and integrate this app. The customization makes it flow perfectly with my site/brand. Reviews are extremely important these days, and this app makes it easy for customers to leave feedback. I'm so glad I found Junip and I'm excited to use this app to help grow my business.

Junip is a great app, but what is even better is the customer service! Specifically the ongoing help that I have received from Marcus Cardoso. Marcus has answered many questions and has been working with me to transfer thousands of reviews from another app to Junip. Delighted with this app and the service provided.

So far, the best reviews application I've seen for Shopify. Clean emails, clean UX, clean management, clean automation flows, etc., etc., etc. Quick install, seamless output to the theme, and fast response times. Junip was the 4th app I tried, and I haven't even considered looking for another after getting it setup.

I looked into just about every review app out there, and Junip topped the list. After using it for 8 months, we've gotten dozens of reviews on our upstart shop. Marcus and the support team are a pleasure to work with. They really know their stuff, esp. with Klaviyo integrations in our case. Highly, highly recommend these guys.

Nothing but great things to say about Junip! The team were super helpful in consolidating and preparing all our previous reviews as well as linking both stores together. We've only just started using this app so my rating is more a reflection on the service than its usability. The service has been above and beyond and having just moved over from Trustpilot we are excited to see all of the things Junip can do. We have a difficult store set up and it's the first one that's been able to accommodate that for us.

Just got set up with Junip after moving off of Yotpo and it's been a delightful experience! The customer service team has been super responsive and helpful with the migration over and even helped us clean up some extra code leftover from our previous app that we didn't need. Really excited to start using the app and gathering more customer UGC!

Although I'm just getting started with Junip, I wanted to leave a word of appreciation for the amazing support provided by Marcus, in helping me manually install the snippets on our store. He was prompt and super friendly throughout the entire process, and I'm definitely looking forward to seeing the benefits of partnering with Junip in the near future.
