It doesn't have the option as an owner to like the customer's review
Very easy to use for both the customer and merchant. Plus, their support team is incredibly responsive and helpful (Thanks, Stuart!)

Junip is looking good so far. We will see how the free plan goes for harvesting reviews but we plan to upgrade to a paid plan quickly to get the additional functionality offered such as follow-up requests.
