Junip Product Reviews App & AI

Fantastic app! It was easy to import old reviews from my previous ratings app and the customer service can’t be beat. There are great options and customization available for a very reasonable monthly price. Highly recommend!

Set up was simple and I love that it integrates with Klaviyo. The few questions I did have, I used the chat line for and Marcus was a tremendous help! He stayed on chat with me for about an hour walking me through the process.

The app is a little pricey; however, it allows you to customize reviews to your specific brand/business which is neat. Unlike YotPo that charges a shit ton to do the same, Junip allows you to do that for a fraction of the cost.

Junip has been a great transition for us, the team has been extremely helpful throughout the transfer. They quickly solved for our unique situations and support is always on top of it! I would highly recommend considering Junip!

Junip saved the day! We switched over from an over-priced bloated alternative app and we haven't missed it a single day since. Junip's support team is perfect, and the product is simple and effective. THANK YOU JUNIP!! - Team Leaf

We love Junip! It is very user-friendly on both our and the customers' end. We are also very happy with the support we receive from their team. Customers have become very interactive and that's what we really wanted out of the app!

We use this app daily. Never an issue. Support at set up was great. Customers have never told us of any issue when doing a review. Very impressive, to be honest. Congrats to the Junip team on creating a well-designed easy to use the app.

Switched to Junip from another provider. Junip was awesome about onboarding us, it's super intuitive. They went beyond the mark to make a few customizations for us. Plus the pricing is very affordable relative to other options. Would recommend!

Junip has FANTASTIC customer service! They were so helpful and quick to respond, which made set up quick and easy. It's pretty user friendly to navigate too, we're excited to have made the switch to Junip from a different review collection site.

LOVE the Junip team and the app. They worked so quickly with us to get this app up and running and it works beautifully- so easy. Very happy with it and really appreciate the team's help with the onboarding. 5 stars and would highly recommend them.
