Junip Product Reviews App & AI

Amazing customer support! Very helpful and quick to respond. The reviews look really nice on page, too, and are very customizable. The only thing we are missing is a feature to change the language/translate some steps in the review process.

Marcus and Stuart from the support team were incredibly helpful in resolving a setup issue for our store. Their quick and professional assistance made all the difference, even with time zone differences.

The app itself is user-friendly and has streamlined our review management process. Highly recommend Junip for anyone looking for a reliable review app on Shopify.

Great job, Junip team!

It is a great application. I recommend this to everyone.

As we scaled the program, there were some things that we wish this app had that we needed, like the ability to hide individual images for reviews and deep klaviyo integration. I'm sure the team is working on this but at this time we need to move on.

Loox was a beautiful and great platform, but we decided to try something more focused solely on reviews, leading us to Junip Reviews. The transition has been incredibly smooth, thanks to the clean and intuitive interface. The support team, particularly Leah and Robin, made the switch seamless by assisting swiftly with the importation of reviews and setup. Their dedication and quick responses were outstanding. Junip Reviews has proven to be an excellent choice for those seeking a streamlined, review-centric service. Highly recommended!

Junip has been a great addition to our Shopify store, enabling us to manage customer feedback and reviews seamlessly. The onboarding process was smooth and easy to follow. The platform has a user-friendly interface that's easy to navigate as well. Any questions or issues we’ve had were promptly addressed by their friendly support team. Also, we've been thoroughly informed about the additional features that can benefit our business. I recommend Junip to any business seeking to streamline feedback processes and boost customer satisfaction.

Junip's functionality is amazing, right out of the box. Their team is very responsive to questions and feedback, and their widgets look great on our website. Can't recommend this app highly enough! It's really all you need as far as a review app.

Great app, it's only missing the option to use the app in another language, like french.

The Junip team makes the transition incredibly easy from other platforms and we have noticed our reviews rate has gone up since making the switch.

We've just added this to our store and the customer service has been amazing (Thanks Malvina). It's so helpful to small businesses to get support like this so we can use the product properly and to its full potential.

So far we've had a load more reviews than we did with our last review system and we're getting UGC content come through for the first time too which is priceless. Thanks Junip!

Super easy setup and install. Right off the bat, Junip will prompt you to have them send review-requests out on your behalf - which is insanely helpful if you're a store implementing reviews for the first time.

The widget looks great on my site, and does not feel as though it intrudes anywhere. Super happy I got this installed.
