Juphy AI has been very helpful in managing our customer inquiries, from ingredient details and usage instructions to product recommendations based on skin type. The team has also been very helpful in guiding us through the AI training process. We have trained the AI with more than 500 lines of product data, and now it guides our customers very accurately. We have also switched the default language to Dutch but it can still guide customers in all the languages required. Definitely recommend Juphy AI to other cosmetics brands!

Initially, we expected training the AI to be a time-consuming process due to our extensive product catalog, but it turned out to be surprisingly quick and easy. We particularly appreciate that it only escalates special cases to our customer support team via email, reducing our team's workload. Additionally, we customized the chatbot to communicate in Norwegian while still supporting responses in 98 languages.

Juphy is amazing! It basically handles my customer service directly on the site. It's nice that it allows you to see chat history and you can correct prior responses or type in your own responses. It handles most questions on the front end but sends me an email when it's my time to jump in. The customization options for this app are also nice, you can assign it to any page and choose how it is displayed. I would highly recommend!
