The team has also been very helpful in guiding us through the AI training process. We have trained the AI with more than 500 lines of product data, and now it guides our customers very accurately. We have also switched the default language to Dutch but it can still guide customers in all the languages required. Definitely recommend Juphy AI to other cosmetics brands!
