Domantas was amazing to work with. He walked me through the Kaching Subscriptions app, answered every question I had, and made everything feel simple and easy to understand. Highly recommend!
paul was so helpful
As context, I'm not "techy!" I have been using the Kaching Bundles and Subscriptions, and they make it really user friendly, even for a non-tech person. There are video to access, but let me tell you about Dominykas's Customer Service... it is genuinely THE BEST!!! The chat says someone will contact me within 30 minutes. I don't think I have waited more than 10 minutes before Dominykas is on the chat. I see something that I want to create, and can't figure it out on my own. I send a message with a screenshot of what I want, and no joke, within 15 minutes it is created and on my site! The absolute BEST part, not once have I felt like I should have been able to figure it out on my own. Dominykas says "let me take a look" and in 5 minutes, I get a message "how does that look?" (MIND BLOWN) It's absolutely PERFECT! And so friendly! I can't say enough about how it feels to have the kind of support Dominykas has shown. I'm sure everyone else is great too, but I've been lucky enough to have Dominykas help me. Just AWESOME!!! Thank you SO much!! -Tammy
Awesome app for my subs. Dominykas helped increase my CVR with a few tweaks. Thanks!
Fantastic app and very helpful support from the entire team including Juozas
Dovydas best one he help until the end keep this guy please
Great app with excellent customer service, I had a lengthy conversation with Dovydas and he helped me every step of the way even though I was clearly frustrated with the situation. I knew it wasn't his fault; it was something on shopify's end and I greatly appreciate the very clear communication and helpful walk through of how to solve my problem. Very nice guy he made me want to stick with Kaching.
Very straightforward, quick & easy fix. Thank you Paulius
