customer service response times went from 10 mins to now minimum 30 and ive been waiting 3 hours for a response, idk whats wrong. Not an isolated case, this has happened on back to back days withdifferent chats different agents etc. I think they laid off some people and as a result the cs is getting horrible, please fix this kaching team!
Hi, thank you for flagging this and we're really sorry about the wait times you've experienced. To be clear: there have been no layoffs on our support team. What you're describing isn't the standard we hold ourselves to, and we want to make it right.
We've recently had a higher-than-usual volume of incoming chats, and we're actively expanding the team and adjusting coverage to bring response times back to where they should be.

Domantas was very helpful in assisting my request. I've used Kaching Bundles for a couple of years now and they have yet to let me down. This is the first time I'm using Kaching's subscription app and it has been very helpful and easy to use so far, and I'm impressed by how well integrated it is with Bundles.
très bonne application à coupler avec les autres applications kaching comme le panier. Comme toutes les applications tiers, la mise en place est parfois délicate quand on fait bcp de personnalisation mais l'équipe support est au top. Elle n'hésite pas à prendre la main et à nous aider directement pour mettre en place ce qu'on veut. Merci à Juozas qui a pris du temps à m'aider.

we've been using kaching for a while now and they've always been reliable and very helpful, especially Sebastian has helped us out with our most recent obstacles.
Kaching Subscription app has been fantastic, and the customer service truly sets it apart. Deividas was awesome to work with. Responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. The app itself is easy to use and does exactly what it promises, but the top-notch customer service is what really impressed me. I wish all companies offered this level of support. Highly recommend Kaching and huge thanks to Deividas for making the experience so smooth!

I'd prefer they make their guides more adequate for self-diagnosing but the live support is still quick and actually helps me out with my problem. Other than that the app itself is amazing. Thank you Dovydas for your amazing support!
