Great app, super simple and easy to learn. They have videos teaching every portion of it and their customer service is A1, fast responses, working with you and helping you understand it as well. Regimantas has been the customer service agent helping me and he sat there with me for 40 minutes doing it all for me, explaining it all to me and answering any questions I had. 10/10 recommend.

The best subscription app for Shopify. We used a different one before, but Kaching works much better for us. There are so many customisation options and the customer service is excellent. We always get a prompt reply from Sebastian and the team. Keep up the good work!

The integration between the two apps works great, the widget is fully customizable (translated everything to Dutch in minutes) and A/B testable through Bundles. Special mention for the support: Paulius responded within minutes, diagnosed a tricky recurring-price display issue and walked us through the exact variant setup to solve it. I run a direct-to-consumer supplement brand, and we needed a very specific setup: a 1-month supply shipping monthly, a 3-month supply shipping every 3 months, and a 5-month supply shipping every 5 months. Other, way more expensive subscription apps can't do this easily. Huge shoutout to Dominykas from their support team. He hopped right in and walked me through a smart workaround using our variants so that our inventory would still sync perfectly with our 3PL using a single shared SKU.
