WORST APP ON THE PLATFORM! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
Suddenly got charged $259.99 with ZERO warning! WTF is this company doing?! We haven't even used this app, haven't made a single dollar off it, and didn't even turn on any settings!
No explanation, no details, and absolute ZERO help from support. All they do is reply with a copy-pasted line: "As the subscription was not canceled on time, we can not issue a refund."
Plenty of decent app owners understand mistakes happen and will gladly issue a refund if the app wasn't used. Not these scammers—they just pocket your money and ignore you. Absolutely pathetic!

WOW?? Seriously - this was the most easiest installation and activation I had for some time. Needed to activate pre-orders as we are getting to the busy season and ran out of stock earlier than planned. Instantly found this app and got it running in minutes. I had a special request - support is there in minutes and helpful recommended

The usage fees are ridiculous, and I didn't noticed until I just saw that I was charged $115 when only a single $25 order came via their app. In all, in 2025, they charged me $720 for 4 small pre-orders. They will charge you based on store volume that has nothing to do with them, even when all the volume is from third party marketplace integrations with Shopify where it wouldn't be possible to use this app in any capacity. Outrageous fees. Stay away from this app if you have high volume that doesn't have anything to do with pre-orders.
