Super application !
This is a great app. I worked with the owner to add a few features that I needed regarding draft orders and he was super responsive helping get that done. i would absolutely recommend this app for people needing to keep track of production. We run embroidery and it works well for the stages.
Thank you so much for the kind review! We loved collaborating with you to get those draft order features tuned just right for your workflow. Seeing how well the app supports production stages for an adorable shop like BFF Bark Boutique is exactly why we do what we do. We're always here to support your growth!
Wow - not only is the product exactly what I needed to keep up-to-date with our production communications, the customer service is stellar. Davide is very responsive and even made an improvement I wasn't expecting when I told him about it. Thank you!
Thank you for taking the time to share your experience! Great service is a two-way street, and we love it when customers share ideas or tweaks. Your collaborative spirit and fast feedback are exactly what made that improvement happen!
We moved to Shopify a little over a month ago and needed a way to view and organize our orders in a Kanban-style board for our made-to-order production process. Kanbanify was the only app that delivered exactly what we needed to keep our entire order fulfillment workflow native to Shopify.
The app works great, but what really sets it apart is the developer. We've never gotten this level of direct, responsive communication and support from any tool, app, or product we've used. They're genuinely open to feedback and quick to act on it.
Can't speak highly enough about this app!
Thank you for the glowing feedback! We loved to deep dive into your made-to-order process. Partners like you make development so much easier because your feedback is so clear and actionable. Looking forward for more collaboration :)
