We were looking for an app that could create a SAP import file without having to spend thousands of dollars in development from SAP's side. This app did it without much effort.
Next to that the support is fast and helpful and they quickly fixed any issue that we encountered.
Initially I wasn't able to find the report I was looking for (Return Reason by Order) but I reached out to the support team and they were very professional and quick in their responses and they were able to implement the feature I requested within 2-3 days.
Great App. I have tried other apps for exporting orders and we never got them to work the way we needed it. This App on the contrary has a professional setup. It can handle everything. Also: Amazing support team. Robert helped me with customization.
Amazing job by Andreas!!! What a customer service, thank you so much.
L'outil indispensable. Vraiment top.
I had some trouble after upgrading to Shopify Plus but with the help of the support team we solved it. Very prompt action. Highly appreciated!
DataChamp makes getting access to your data out of Shopify easy with numerous options on how that data is presented. With great support and ease of use this really is a great product!
DataChamp is an incredibly user-friendly app for managing data exports and reports. One of the standout features is its simplicity in setup and use. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable data export tool with top-tier support!
Perfekter Support.
