Great app, super helpful support. Only tool that worked for us to filter and export all our orders with Variant Metafield Definitions, which we were not able to with default Shopify.
This app is a great help in setting up automation because it can export order data collected by other apps that does not appear in default Shopify exports. Not only does this app work well in doing what honestly should be a default Shopify export feature, its support team has been super helpful and instrumental in helping us get set up properly. This is a super powerful tool that actually works - we are grateful!
Preis-Leistung der App ist mega und der Support hilft innerhalb weniger Minuten mit custom solutions
incredibly quick customer service helped with my issue straight away, and made my data collection easy
I installed DataChamp to export picking lists for our Shopify orders.
The setup was a bit tricky at first, but the support team was super kind and helped me step by step.
The app is very flexible and allows detailed customization, which has really improved our work efficiency.
I’ll definitely keep using it for a long time.
Thanks a lot for your great support!
Fantastic app! We switched our data app provider to DataChamp and are extremely happy with the support, the accuracy of the reports, the user-friendliness, and the reliability of the app. Highly recommended for anyone looking to get the most out of their Shopify data!
This is the best app for exporting orders to my management software (ERP).
I needed scheduled incremental order exports in a very particular format with many custom rows.
DataChamp worked perfectly, the documentation is very good and the price is very fair.
The customer service is great!
Robert and Andreas were very helpful in customizing our DataChamp Report to meet the needs of our business. They were quick to respond and worked together seamlessly. Definitely recommend this app if you are looking to get better reports on customized products.
This app is beyond amazing. We had an extremely complex finance file that needed to be generated to load the transactions into a SAP system. DataChamp made modifications to the product to give us the extra functionality we required. They went above and beyond with the level of support they provided and helped to to create an extremely complex file. I would recommend them for anyone needing a data extraction app from Shopify.
I have tried a few export apps. This was by far the easiest to set up and had some options that fit what I needed to customize the spreadsheet data produced. I had one need that was more difficult to setup (metafield data) and Robert responded within the hour and had it setup for me not long after.
