Didn't work properly. Shopify variant and app variant were not working together properly. When shopify variant is selected, all the variants disappear. Working fine on products with app variants only.
HI,
We’re sorry to hear that you experienced issues when using Shopify variants together with our app’s options.
We reviewed our email and live chat records but couldn’t find any previous messages from you regarding this issue. Based on our experience, the Dawn theme should generally work well with our app, so we’d appreciate the opportunity to investigate what caused this behavior in your store.
If you encounter any issues, please feel free to contact our support team first. We’ll be happy to work with our technical team to investigate and resolve them.
You’re also welcome to reinstall our app and contact us afterward. We’ll help you troubleshoot the compatibility issue and work toward getting everything working properly.
We value your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to resolve this issue for you.
Best regards!

We needed more product options than Shopify normally allows, and KINg solved the problem perfectly. It is flexible, reliable, and easy to manage.
Using King Product Options App has greatly improved our customers’ shopping experience. The customization options are clear and easy to use, while the backend management remains simple for our team. The app is stable and works as expected across different devices and browsers. A very reliable product options app.
I recently updated to Horizon from Dawn and using this app was so much easier compared to coding. Having a free tier that allows for pretty much anything you would ever want is also great.
Must use app. Many Free options to choose from. Very easy to configure. 100% will buy the premium version soon. Thanks for the wonderful work for providing so many options for free.
Love from India :)
Excelente aplicacion, muy facil de usar y el soporte esta 100% atento a cualquier cosa, muchas gracias!
This is one of the rare Shopify apps that worked smoothly and didn't create any issues. After experimenting with several others, I've decided to stick with this one. I was able to effortlessly add personalized message options to all my products, and they work flawlessly. Thanks to its clean design and user-friendliness, my brand feels much more intentional and upscale.
