They are constantly updating the app, and the team is extremely responsive to any inquiry, bug/issue, etc. The app does excellent for managing sales tax operations and the team fills in any cracks for local regulatory shifts, bumps around registration and more. The billing is simple, straightforward and scalable. They have made the sales tax registration, tracking and filing a breeze.
